Dr. Bernardo is currently the Director of the Office of the Research, Evaluation and Publication as well as Director and Dean of the Graduate School in San Pablo Colleges, Laguna, Philippines. He completed PhD in Educational Management from St. Jude College and currently pursuing PhD in Biology in De La Salle University Manila.

He is an active researcher with numerous awards and recognitions, journal publications, presentations in both national and international conferences, published books and speakerships in workshops and conferences. He utilized his research outputs in order to help organizations and partner communities. In his academic role, he helped improved the institution through his commissioned and externally/institutionally funded research works.
