The Institute of Industry and Academic Research Incorporated (IIARI) is a non-stock, non-profit organization registered under the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Moreover, it is a registered book publisher under the National Book Development Board in the Philippines. The organization publishes academic journals, books and other educational materials. It also conducts international conference, research activities, competitions and events that recognize the contributions of individuals in research, education and civic works.  

The organization is founded on four pillars: research, education, training and community service. It aims to produce quality academic journals and books, organize industry and academic international seminars and conferences, develop digital academic resources and provide extension services to fellow Filipinos.
