Dr. Tan is currently a lecturer at FPT University, Vietnam and a former Vice Dean, PSU Program and International Institute, in Duy Tan University, Vietnam. He has a Doctorate in Business Administration.
He is dedicated in performing his administrative and teaching duties, guiding and helping students to excel and assisting students from poor villages in Vietnam to get full time scholarship from DTU and FPT University. He also performs voluntary services including financial help to students and other people of Danang during the pandemic lockdowns. He demonstrated innovation and creativity in mentoring students in research and competitions such as the BIO MS1 new product and the 2021 National Scientific Research Competition.
He is instrumental to the accreditation of the various programs in the College of Accountancy and Business in his former university. Aside from his administrative tasks, he is also an active researcher and speaker. He serves as visiting lecturer to other universities where he shares his knowledge and expertise. With his dedication, he consistently received excellent evaluations from students.
