Joseph is a Master Teacher 1 at Bulihan Integrated National High School in the Philippines. In the 6 years he has served in the public school system, he has developed his talents and skills both as educator and as a researcher. This earned him an outstanding performance rating for the last two (2) years and acknowledged him as Outstanding Researcher in School and Gawad Sumilang, Best Oral Presenter, 2nd Best Abstract, 3rd Best Research Paper, Outstanding Teacher of the Year, and Outstanding Educator in Community Engagement in the international level.

He presents his research in local and international research conferences, acts as facilitator and resource speaker of different research forum in the province of Cavite, and reviews manuscript for research journals. He shared his expertise in writing research in undergraduate and graduate students and also in public elementary and high school teachers and students. As the Research Coordinator of the school, he was able to coach and assisted teachers to conduct their own research. He continues to attend trainings, seminars, and workshops in National and International level as a way to update himself on his area of specialization. He has also written several book chapters. In the community, he offers free services such as tutoring and editing research and master’s theses.
