Project DLD (Digital Literacy Drive) was a comprehensive initiative aimed at enhancing the digital literacy skills of public school teachers in Laoang 1 District, Laoang, Northern Samar. The project was implemented by the College of Education, University of Eastern Philippines, Laoang Campus, in response to the growing need for educators to be proficient in utilizing digital tools in their teaching practice.
