Dr. Roxas has consistently demonstrated excellence in research, leadership, innovation, and concern for others. As the Research Coordinator for the Humanities and Social Sciences Cluster, his innovativeness and creativity is evident as he has been recognized for Outstanding Research Productivity for S.Y. 2023-2024, at the University of Perpetual Help System – Molino, complemented by his numerous publications, including SCOPUS-indexed journals, his research presentations at prestigious international conferences and his role as an Associate Member of the Department of Science and Technology – National Research Council of the Philippines. He also demonstrates a deep concern for others through his active involvement in various community outreach programs, including the Adopt-a-Family Program: ONE MEAL, ONE FAMILY, the CASED Home-Based Free LEPT Review Class Program, and the Bayanihan sa Perpetual – Campus Clean-Up Drive. He served as a Teacher-Facilitator in Project A.L.T.A.S. (Alternative Learning Through Accessible Services) during two sessions, from November 22, 2022, to July 2023, and again from February to May 2024, both at the University of Perpetual Help – Molino.
As a research-oriented Perpetualite educator, he received various local and international awards. Recently, he was awarded as the UPHSD – Molino Employee of the Year 2023 as Outstanding Senior High School Coordinator. In his stay in the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education, he is consistently awarded as one of the Outstanding Faculty members.

Moreover, Dr. Roxas’ involvement in impactful community outreach programs, including his work with Mangyan learners in Mindoro through the Promoting the CASEd Characteristics through Interactive Online Learning Instruction, underscores his compassion and commitment to making education accessible for all.
