Dr. Dajay obtained BS-Nursing and MA-Nursing degrees from Notre Dame of Dadiangas University in General Santos City and my Doctor in Business Administration degree from Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Georgia, USA. Currently, he is pursuing PhD in Nursing Education from Holy Angel University in Pampanga. He earned a Diploma in Healthcare Management, a Diploma in Public Health Leadership & Administration, and a Diploma in Research Skills from Athena Global Education in Oxford, UK. He also has certifications as a Certified Peer Reviewer from Elsevier Research Academy, a Certified International Learning and Development Consultant from the American Certification Institute-Delaware, USA, a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Anexas Certification-Denmark, and a Certified Mental Health Trainer from AHA Psychological Training Services-Philippines.
He has 13 years of combined clinical and administrative nursing experience in a Tertiary-level hospital in General Santos City. He is equipped with knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) as a QMS internal auditor and trainer of CQI in Healthcare. He has 7 years of teaching experience on the subject matter of Pharmacology in Nursing, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Nursing Leadership & Management, and Nursing Research.
Presently, he is the Research Head of Brokenshire College Soccsksargen, Inc., which directs the Research Department of the College.
