Dr. Jasper Malveda Del Valle, LPT is a Head Teacher involved in administrative roles at San Pablo City Integrated High School and a Graduate School Professor at San Pablo Colleges teaching and advising research at both the college and graduate school levels. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, Major in English, from the University of Batangas, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Management from Laguna State Polytechnic University. He is a Certified Research Specialist by the Visionary Research Association Inc. and has published numerous articles in various academic journals and has presented his research at conferences. He has received several awards, including the Most Outstanding Research award at the 3rd International Conference on Multidisciplinary Industry and Academic Research and Cluster II Outstanding Researcher award from DepEd San Pablo. He has also been involved in various other engagements, such as item validator for the PISA Readiness Toolkit and writer of ADM modules for junior high school.
