Dr. Sibongamandla Silindokuhle Dlomo is a dedicated academic and Lecturer in the School of Education at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, specializing in Educational Leadership, Management, and Policy. She is recognised for her strong teaching expertise at postgraduate level, her coordination of the B.Ed. Honours programme, and her commitment to student success through the supervision of both Honours and Master’s research. With a scholarly focus spanning school leadership, educational governance, ICT integration, SA-SAMS implementation, and community-oriented leadership, Dr Dlomo has developed a robust research footprint that includes peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and in-press articles contributing to contemporary debates in education.
