Prof. Dr. Olugbenga Timothy Ajadi is a Professor of Educational Management in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He has authored over 80 publications in reputable, indexed journals and has participated in more than 30 academic conferences within and outside Nigeria, reflecting extensive scholarly engagement and international academic exposure.
