Pastor Ben Hugo leads the Bethsaida CBR Services for the Disabled Inc. as Executive Director. This school homes and educates children with special needs. As its director, Pastor Ben recognizes the different needs of the children and wants them to become part of the community. As he spearheads the operation of an NGO that educates and helps the children with disabilities, he also promotes inclusivity among these children so that they will be accepted by society thru different activities and gatherings to showcase the skills and talents of the students. He also organizes programs to help the children with disabilities and their families and solicits funding for the continued support to these children.

Although he has his personal issues and circumstances in life, he never stops helping children with disabilities, never ceases to provide community services and never gets tired working with other organizations in bringing love and hope. He serves as the light of the children for their educational needs and the community for extending help during times of difficulties. As the school offers special needs education for the children in need, he also provides hope to their families.

He is already an inspiration to the children with special needs but he can be inspiration to a lot of people to extend their help and accept and love persons with disabilities as part of the community.
