Mr. Carie Justine P. Estrellado, a mindfulness advocate, academic book writer, and a proud teacher; he obtained his Bachelor of Secondary Education in Social Studies and Master of Arts in Education major in Social Science at the Laguna State Polytechnic University-San Pablo City Campus under a scholarship grant. He recently finished a post-baccalaureate degree at the University of the Philippines Open University. He is affiliated to several scholarly associations namely: Institute of Industry and Academic Research Incorporated; Teaching and Education Research Association, as a lifetime member; accredited peer reviewer in the International Association of Scholarly Publishers, Editors, and Reviewers; International Journal of Learning, Teaching, and Educational Researcher (IJLTER); a regular member in the International Research Enthusiasts Society, Inc., a professional member of the High School Philippine History Movement, and an associate member of the DOST-National Research Council of the Philippines. He is a recipient of the 1st Interstudy National Awards for Educators as an Outstanding Researcher of the Year (2020). At present, he is a Senior High School Teacher and a College Instructor at the Tayabas Western Academy, Candelaria, Quezon.
