With her exemplary performance in research and able to publish and write evidence-based research, this will help the organization to better embrace research and embed it in teaching and learning. with the number of tasks of teachers, it is important and useful to have researches so that each practice can have a basis that can help the organization. She is one of the great contributors in the field of research, especially in the Physical education area.

Through her numerous published articles, what she has written is of great help to individuals who are writing or doing research in other aspects such as Physical Education and Leadership and Management. In her citations received, this is a proof that he contributed a lot to the educational system. Another thing is her an innovator and embracing change, because in the world of DepEd where research culture is present, this will remain in her heart and I know she deserves this award because of the helpfulness of the studies she gave to educational context. Aside from that, she was willing to share those results from her studies through participating in different research conferences in different horizons. She participated in different level of research conference and it became the way to recognize the school of SCNHS as having an excellent teacher. She is also one of the teachers who provides technical assistance and mentoring when it comes to research where she collaborates so that her colleagues at school can also have studies. Through this, teachers can continue to embrace and open their minds and hearts to research and not think that this is a difficult task but rather a way to have more evidence-based practice in interventions, innovations and projects and programs in school. Despite her numerous studies, I know in her heart that her passion in writing researches will be impactful to the Physical Education area and also to other field in education. Her research expertise and enthusiasm for publishing papers on physical education and related topics will make other people’s knowledge more readily apparent and provide a means of relearning and improving their strategies. Regarding her contribution, she serves as an outstanding source of inspiration for embracing, expanding, and integrating research information into the teaching and learning process.
