Chathelyn, an Accountancy student at Camarines Norte State College, has consistently achieved the Dean’s List honor for three consecutive terms while effectively balancing her numerous roles and responsibilities both within and outside the academic realm. Within her college community, she held the position of Vice President for Non-Academic Affairs at the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – Camarines Norte State College Chapter from 2021 to 2022, and subsequently elected as the President from 2022 to 2023.
