Christian is currently a Master Teacher I at Tanauan City Integrated High School. He served many functions in school including School Student Government (SSG) adviser and HUMSS coordinator for the senior high school department. He also serves as a career-guidance advocate, child-protection committee member, and the Faculty Association President. His contributions and linkages to the community are contributory to the success of the school. When he was the Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, the school was awarded as Best Brigada Eskwela Implementer in DepEd CALABARZON and also heralded as a Hall of Famer for Exceptional Category for the said award.

He also created instructional innovation such as learning activities for the senior high school core subject, Introduction to Philosophy of the Human Person. The instructional materials helped the learners in mastering the learning competencies and continuity of instructional delivery during distance learning. The materials are still being used today as the limited face-to-face classes are implemented.
