Dr. Adrian is currently the Dean and Professor of the Graduate School at San Sebastian College Recoletos Manila and Canlubang Campus. He holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), Major in Management from Pangasinan State University and currently pursuing Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management and Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration.

He is a multi-awarded researcher and engages in multi-disciplinary researches in multi-method approaches in social sciences, education, business, and management. He is an active speaker/presenter in national and international conferences and has published in national and international refereed journals. He also serves as editorial/ review board of several journals and research organizations. He was a project research consultant of AUSAID and USAID-funded researches on the employment and livelihood of persons with disabilities (PWDs) and sustainable communities.
