Dr. Benkosi Madlela is currently engaged by UNICAF University as an online lecturer. He holds the following qualifications, Doctor of Education, Master of Education, Honours Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Technology Education Management, Advanced Certificate in Education and a Diploma in Education. Dr Madlela possesses more than 30 years of vast experience as a teacher, lecturer, researcher, curriculum developer, strategy developer, education administrator and trainer in the public and private sectors. His main focus areas in training include Curriculum Studies, Education Management and Leadership, and Business Management and Administration. Dr Madlela has facilitated these programmes in the SADC countries like Lesotho, Eswatini, Botswana, South Africa, Zambia and Tanzania and beyond. Dr Madlela conducts research and presents papers in local and international conferences, publishes journal articles and book chapters and contributes solutions to the body of knowledge. He is also a peer reviewer for some journals that are accredited by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). Dr Madlela believes that if Africa is to prosper, its communities and organisations in the public and private sectors should invest in research, training and development. His ideology centres round the African Philosophy, education with production for self-reliance and the Spirit of Ubuntu.
