R. HENRY E. LEMANA II, LPT is an English language teacher exposed to culturally pluralistic academic environments in the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, and Thailand. He has teaching experiences ranging from elementary to post-graduates levels and has held various functions such as being the subject area chairperson, head of student progress, internal and external research adviser/ editor, board examination lecturer, moderator of a school publication, debate trainer, event host, program coordinator/ specialist, among others.

Dr. Lemana finished his B.S.Ed. major in English and M.A. Education major in Teaching as a Second Language (TESL) at the Notre Dame of Marbel University, City of Koronadal and Ph.D. in Education major in Applied Linguistics at the University of the Immaculate Conception, Davao City. At present, he is currently pursuing Doctor of Education in Educational Management and Leadership at Sultan Kudarat State University. Moreover, he has been conferred with Doctor of Literature (Honoris Causa) and Doctor of Humanities in Pedagogy (Honoris Causa) by Asociación Mundial de Escritores y Artistas del Orbe, Peru and Theophany International University, Port-au-Prince, Haiti, respectively. He is also a fellow of the Order of Pedagogues of the Ybarra Fellows and Scholars and the Leaders Autonomy International. Further, he is a senior member of the Royal Institute of Educators, Singapore.

Currently, he works as a part-time graduate school lecturer at the University of the Immaculate Conception, Davao City where he teaches PhD students and advises MA candidates and as a full-time foreign language lecturer at the Walailak International College and the School of Languages and General Education of Walailak University, Thailand. At Walailak University, he immerses himself in the conduct of research on language education, communication, applied linguistics, and educational management.
