Dr. NBK has always been dependable, efficient, and unfailingly punctual. In fact, he is the person who gives as much attention to details. He builds up good confidence in all students to meet their educational goals and to work hard to take full advantage of their educational potential accompanied by pragmatic skills and physical skills as well. He has a unique style of teaching which engages the students in his subject and creates interest. Students of the colleges have done exceptionally well in the subjects under his guidance.

Currently, he is serving as a Ph.D. Supervisor of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur. He is the author of more than 70 research papers published in various national and international journals with impact factor and citation factors. He has attended more than 25 National and International conferences/seminars and presented papers that appeared in the proceedings (Book Chapters) published at ISBN and he has Authored & Edited 9 books. He has posted more than 15 guest articles in magazines and Blogs. He is the Editorial/Advisory/Reviewer Board Member of more than 45 National & International Journals. He has organized many programs (DST-NIMAT Projects, Govt. of India) for imparting entrepreneurship skills among students and faculty. He has taken an interest in 20 Faculty Development Programs.
