Dr Patience S. Dlamini is a Senior Lecturer and Coordinator for Distance Education programmes in the Institute of Distance Education at the University of Eswatini. She is passionate about issues relating to distance education especially increasing access to education for underprivileged persons such as those living with disabilities. She is also a researcher who believes in community of practice and derives pleasure co-authoring academic works with colleagues, and working on funded projects. She is a lifelong learner who is not afraid to be vulnerable if that means learning best professional practices.
