Professor Elocel M. Delgado is an Associate Professor IV and the Department Chair of the Business and Administration program of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation-Candelaria, Inc. She has a vast experience in teaching management, marketing, basic economics, business practicum, marketing and feasibility research for 25 years. She finished her bachelor’s degree in business administration at MSEUF Lucena and took her master’s in business administration at the same institution. She is currently taking her doctorate in business administration (dissertation stage) at San Pablo Colleges. She is a registered midwife and licensed professional teacher. Her areas of interest in research are in the fields of management and marketing. She presented various papers at different national and international conferences. She participated in international benchmarking at universities throughout Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, and South Korea.
