Dr. Francis F. Balahadia was a graduate of Doctor of Information Technology at University of the East-Manila. Currently employed in Laguna State Polytechnic University-Siniloan Campus under the College of Computer Studies with the following designations: Program Coordinator of Masters of Information Technology, and Chairperson of Innovation Technology Service Office (ITSO)and Associate Dean of College of Computer Studies. He also holder of TESDA NC 2 and 3 certification, PD 977-Scientific and Technological Specialist and ISO Certified for Train the Trainer. He served as research paper reviewer of national and international conferences and journals. He presented some of his research papers to different countries like Indonesia, Thailand, Korea and India. Moreover, he also attended various local and national computer related trainings, seminars and research conferences. He is now the Knowledge Management Representative of LSPU in STAARRDEC and Chairman of Committee in Formulating the University Journal in LSPU. Additionally, he authored and co-author of 40+ published research paper with twenty-three Scopus Indexed and one ISI Index paper. His papers were cited by different authors in which he gained 213 citations under Google Scholar. Lastly, he is editorial board of International Journal of Computing Science Research and Asia Pacific Journal for Multidisciplinary Research.
