Lemuel is an exemplar student leader whose ideas and actions were anchored to his principle and the institutions’ objectives, mission and vision. He started as an officer of small organizations within the higher education department and now serving as President of the Marian community and part of the highest student governing body in Maryhill College.

By his creative ideas and initiatives, he continuously provide significant activities which honed the holistic learning and formation of the Marian community and secure the budget for student activities which are judiciously spent solely for its purpose. Also, after so many years in pandemic, he redefine and revitalize the different organization in the higher education department. Those organizations are now functional and became their partner for activity-implementation. Furthermore, he also promote and perform the promise of their student-party during the election which is the ANGAT PARTY which its goal and objective is to provide affirmative actions with notable governance and transparency. This goal can be seen from the various academic, religious and socio-civic activities he implemented from the beginning of his term.

This person has creative and great initiatives and it helps him to think projects, programs or activities that truly caters the needs of his constituents. He knows the problem of the school community as he also experience such problems, thus he has the idea of what particular project or programs are needed to be implemented. Moreover, he believe and stand up in the capability of his constituents and co-officers and acknowledge their suggestions and personal beliefs and values. And one thing I like to this person is he doesn’t shy away from challenges, he speaks up for his community, he handles difficult situations with compassion and most especially, he admit fault and takes responsibility. Such characters can truly bring inspiration to the organization/community.
