Ma. Concepcion R. Repalam is an Assistant Professor III at the Laguna State Polytechnic University San Pablo City Campus. She is currently the Program Coordinator of BS Information Technology under the College of Computer Studies at the same university. She has 19 years of teaching experience, including four years as a part-time instructor. Ms. Repalam was the chairperson of the Research and Development office in 2017, the Innovation Technology Support Office (ITSO) in 2016 and was the research coordinator of her college from 2010 – 2018. She was also the president of the Teachers and Employees Association (TEA) in 2017. She is presently enrolled as a Doctor of Information Technology (DIT) student at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation in Lucena City, Quezon. In 2010, she received her Master’s degree in Information Technology at the Ateneo de Manila University.
Her research interests are diverse, ranging from educational research to the use of technology in education and affective computing, and she has several publications to her name. She has also participated in a number of trainings and seminars, including a service management program, and business analytics. She also holds NCII certificates from TESDA and TUV-R as a trainer. She has lead several extension programs that provided trainings to communities in San Pablo City and nearby towns.
Con, as she is called by her colleagues, was born and raised in Los Baños, Laguna. She has three children: Christian Earl (29), Justine Louise (28) and Erin Lei (15). During her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and TV series.
