Marco made a big impact not just in the organization but to his people. He made everything possible that I cant think of anyone can do. An influencer that give the time and effort not for his own benefit but for the people he served. As a student leader responsibilities is not a joke, time management and resilience must be possessed and I can see that he has that.

Marco Miguel Valdez have done many projects through out his term as the President of the Office Administration Students Integrated Society. He created initiatives to reach his fellow BSOA students most specially in the time of pandemic, but one of his most exemplary achievement is he still manage to became a Top Academic Achiever (Dean’s Lister) for their batch consistently from 1st year up to the present, despite the fact that everyday for him is a busy day, and most of his time were dedicated on his duties and responsibilities as a student and as a leader for me that was one notable attribute of a leader the one who knows how to properly manage his time and fulfill their duties and responsibilities, as what he always say, If you have a person with a huge responsibility for your fellow students sacrifices is not a choice it is part of his duty.

Mr. Marco Miguel Valdez is one of the student I admire. Which I know I’m not the only one in the BSOA community. A person with full of dedication can inspire in the organization/ community by making them feel how important commitment is. Being a student and a President of the organization that handles people and events is not that easy. Being stressed to academic works and non academic activities is not a piece of cake. If this person is not inspiring anyone right not they will not follow him through his mision ans vision. I can see how he loves serving people. They see and be inspired to his actions that a student can have a voice, fresh ideas and impact to his co students. Sacrificing time and effort without expecting something in return.

Achievements, Projects and Programs

• Marco Miguel Valdez ranked second on their year level for both 1st and 2nd semester garnering a general weighed average of 1.27 (1st Semester) and 1.32 (2nd Semester)
• In his 3rd year level Marco manage to became the top student for their whole year level, with a general weighed average of 1.30 for 1st semester and 1.17 for 2nd semester
• Mr. Marco Miguel Valdez has been invited as one of the motivational speaker of  the online Kumustahan of Office Administratio Society last January 29, 2022, where he gave inspirational messages to their fellow BSOA students on LSPU Siniloan on how to cope up with their academic loads during the time of pandemic
• Last May 15, 2022 Marco Miguel Valdez was invited as the resource speaker and facilitator on the BFP Dolores Team Building, where he talked about Facilitative Leadership to the Fire Personnel of Dolores Fire Station
• Last September 2, 2022 OASIS headed by the organization President Mr. Marco Miguel Valdez joined the LSPU Supreme Student Councils Clean up drive, the activity aims to prepare university facilities for the limited face to face classes.
• Last August 15, OASIS lunched its official website a project by Mr. Marco Miguel Valdez  the President of the Organization, this project aims to reach BSOA students in a wider range, where the students can see the official freedom of information wall of BSOA the OASIS Information and Resource Center, our organizations Publication the OASIS Official Gazette, all the organizations achievements and contact information. The newly launched site will  be a great platform of reliable information about the organization. 
• Another initiative of Mr. Marco Miguel Valdez is the official publication of the Office Administration Students Integrated Society entitled, OASIS official Gazette. This is part of the organization’s advocacy to make BSOA community a safe space for everyone and with this publication the organization will be able to feature their achievements and stories so that they’re belong to the community and strengthen the freedom of information throughout the BSOA community.
