| Maria Teresa R. Escano is a faculty of the BA Communication and Media Arts program in the University of the Philippines Mindanao. A graduate of Masters in Development Communication at the UP Open University, and she handles courses in strategic communication, marketing communications, visual communication, crisis communication and communication and media campaigns. Her background in development communication is the motivating force behind her scholarly works in science communication, health communication and visual communication.
Prof. Escano is also currently the University’s Assistant to the Chancellor for Public Relations. As such, her tasks include reputation management, media relations, community engagements, and crisis management. |
