Mohamad is currently the Director of Al-Amal School for the Deaf. As a sign language interpreter, he serves as the voice of the high school and undergraduate students in chasing for their academic dreams. As a teacher, he inspires these students to excel and strive. In the spirit of inclusivity, he makes it a point to inspire them to be part of the community. He is instrumental in implementing various programs for the school such as workshops on various topics and industrial visits. In the spirit of inclusivity, the school participates in various competitions. In fact, the student of Al-Amal School for the Deaf are honored for winning the second place at the Sultanate level in the Cognitive Development Competition (Scientific Innovation Hub) in 2022.
In order to enhance his abilities as director and interpreter, he also attends various workshops and forums relevant to the special needs. He attended the First Sign Language Translators Forum that happened in Oman in 2022. With his guidance, the school The Ministry of Education and the Special Education Department expressed appreciation on the Al-Amal School for the Deaf for its progress in terms of educational quality, total discipline and cleanliness of the school. As teacher himself, he promotes and develops programs for the benefit of the students in the school.
With his role as educator and administrator, he can represent the entire deaf and mute community and serve as their voice in connecting with the world.
