Mr. Noel Munda is a Master Teacher I and a Research Consultant in the Department of Education in Mamatid National High School, Cabuyao City, Laguna. He completed his Bachelor of Secondary Education with a major in Mathematics at Southern Leyte State University—San Juan, Southern Leyte, in 2010. He obtained his Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in Mathematics from Laguna State Polytechnic University, Los Baños, in 2019. Additionally, he is presently finalizing his PhD in mathematics education at Batangas State University, Pablo Borbon, Batangas City.  He received funding from the Basic Education Research Fund (BERF) of the Department of Education Region IV-A during the 7th (2022-2023) and 9th (2024-2025) cycles. He additionally functions as a data analyst/statistical practitioner and research advisor at select local schools and institutions in South Luzon and other regions of the Philippines. He acts as a peer reviewer for indexed journals and has published his research in both international and national peer-reviewed journals.
