Mr. Shidrex M. Gonzales, a licensed professional teacher, exemplifies academic excellence and professional dedication. By the age of 29, he had earned two advanced degrees: a Master of Business Management and a Master of Arts in Education, majoring in Educational Management. His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management, from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo (formerly DLSP), where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in recognition of his exceptional academic performance. In addition to his academic achievements, Mr. Gonzales holds National Certificate (NC) II in Microfinance and NCIII in Bookkeeping, demonstrating his commitment to skill development and professional growth. His expertise is further reinforced by over a decade of experience in social science research, during which he contributed to both national and international projects, including collaborations in Vietnam and Myanmar. Currently, Mr. Gonzales serves as the Research Manager at CARD-MRI Development Institute, Inc.
