Dr. Amelia A. Jarapa is the former Principal of the Basic Education Department of Calayan Educational Foundation, Inc. in Lucena City, Quezon Province in the Philippines. She also served as the institution’s Research Director for 3 years prior to her appointment as BED Principal. Currently, aside from being the cluster dean, she is also one the institution’s statisticians. She has presented papers and received Best Research Presenter award in conferences and fora. She is also the editor-in-chief of the department’s research journal with two printed volumes.
