Dr. Chika G. Ugochukwu is a highly accomplished nursing professional, educator, and administrator with more than a decade of experience in educational and health administration. She holds a PhD in Measurement and Evaluation in Nursing from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), Master of Education in Guidance and Counselling and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Education major) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. In addition, she obtained a Certificate in Health Economics and Planning from York, United Kingdom, equipping her with advanced knowledge in health systems management and policy planning.

Professionally, Dr. Ugochukwu is a Registered Nurse in Nigeria and the United Kingdom (RGN U.K.) and a Registered Midwife in Nigeria. Her career spans clinical practice, academic instruction, and administrative leadership, allowing her to contribute meaningfully to healthcare training, program evaluation, and institutional development. With her diverse academic background and extensive professional experience, she continues to play an important role in advancing nursing education, healthcare delivery, and professional development in the health sector.
