Lina Georg
Dr. Lina George is a senior academician and an active researcher working in the Department of Business Studies, University of Technology and Applied Science, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. She has a Ph.D. in Commerce, from Periyar University, India, and teaching experience of more than twenty-one years in Accounting and Finance. She has published a number of articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented papers in national and international conferences. She along with her co-researcher was awarded the First Position for Scientific Research conducted by the Public Authority for Social Insurance, Ministry of Labor, Sultanate of Oman. She has completed two funded research projects, funded by The Research Council, Oman. Her research interest areas are in Finance, Accounting and Social Science. She has obtained a copy-right from the Government of India for a model created in her research work.
