Dr. Michael holds a Doctor of Management degree from Capitol University, awarded in January 2023, and Master in Business Management from the same institution in March 2015.  He is currently pursuing a Post Doctoral Diploma in Quality Management, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development. With over a decade of academic experience, he serves as the Dean of the College of Business Administration at St. Peter’s College since 2023, after a successful tenure as Faculty and Program Head within the same institution from 2017 to 2023.  His active engagement in professional organizations includes membership in the Philippine Association of Professional Teachers and Researchers. He has contributed significantly to academia, publishing eight research articles in international peer-reviewed journals, showcasing a dedication to advancing knowledge and fostering interdisciplinary dialogue.
