Professional Background
Dr. Myra is an academic achiever and researcher. She completed her Doctor of Information Technology from Technological Institute of the Philippines through a Commission on Higher Education (CHED) scholarship program. She is also a licensed professional teacher and shares her knowledge and expertise in IT at Buenaventura Alandy High School in Tayabas City, Philippines. Her technical skills are honed through research and development specifically the current trends in information technology. She keeps herself up-to-date through trainings, conferences, seminars and workshops both national and international levels.
Her research works mainly focus on machine learning, image processing, data mining and artificial intelligence. She completed and published several research papers and developed programs as outputs. She also presented various technical studies in international conferences in Korea and Malaysia as well as papers on education in the national level. She was awarded as Best Researcher in the education division she belongs to. As writing is her passion, she is a writer-contributor in schools’ division publication.
