Dr. Nikita Nille is an experienced academician with over 15 years of teaching and research experience in business management, with specialization in HR, Finance, and General Management. Academic Qualifications are BBA, MBA & Doctorate. Published in Scopus/SCI journals, guided Ph.D. candidates, and contributed significantly to institutional development and accreditation processes.

Subject Expertise: Finance, HR, and General Management.

Teaching & Curriculum Development: Proven ability to develop and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses; experienced in case-based and experiential learning approaches.

Academic Writing & Research Publication: Strong academic writing skills with a record of high-quality publications, book chapters, and conference proceedings.

Student Mentorship: Supervised Master’s theses and Ph.D. dissertations; committed to fostering critical thinking and academic growth in students.
