Dr. Tan is an accomplished administrator and researcher. He is the former Vice Dean, Head of PSU Program at Duy Tan University, Vietnam. He completed his Doctor of Business Administration in University of Northern Philippines and Master in Business Administration in Columbia Southern University. His industry and academic experience made him an excellent fit to the journal editorial board. He started his professional career as an operational engineer and slowly reached the pinnacle of his academic career as educational leader.

His research works involve a wide range of topics including entrepreneurship, consumer behaviour, organizational behaviour and green supply chain. He authored and mentored several funded research in their university from 2015 to 2019. He published papers on entrepreneurship and brand citizenship behavior in Scopus and ESCI indexed journals in 2019 and 2020. He has also numerous publications in various international journals and has presented papers in the national and international conferences.
