Hasna Arshia is a nutritionist, researcher, professor, and writer specializing in nutrition and disease management. She holds a PhD in Clinical Nutrition and has provided consultations to over 3,000 patients worldwide, offering expert guidance on endocrine disorders such as diabetes, PCOS, and thyroid conditions, as well as cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune disorders, renal diseases, and cancer. Recognized for her significant contributions to nutrition research, Hasna Arshia was honored as the Best Researcher in Nutrition by the International Life Sciences Institute (ILSI). She was also selected as one of the top 17 best researchers in Multiple Sclerosis by the Multiple Sclerosis International Federation , UK. She has previously worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Pan medical and Connect and Heal, gaining hands-on experience in managing complex clinical cases. She currently serves as a Visiting Professor at Stella Maris College and as a Nutrigenetic Consultant at FAM Essentials. With a deep commitment to education and evidence-based practice, she continues to advance the field through research, clinical consultations, and academic leadership.
