Course contents
This course is divided into two main topics: (1) rebuilding effective organizations through holistic HR and (2) employee engagement and mental health. The first video lecture sets the tone for the theory, concepts and applications of holistic human resource through research-based discussions. The second video lecture provides powerful strategies in enhancing employee engagement applicable to the different types of organizations.
Assessment and Feedback
At the end of each video lecture, there is an assessment in the form of quiz, essay or practical application depending on the nature of the topic. While some topics require lower order thinking skills, learners are also given higher order thinking skill activities in the form of scenario-based questions or practical applications. You should get correct answers of 50% or higher in each assessment to pass the course. The details of each assessment are provided in the assessment guidelines.

How to register?
