Emmanuel A. Onsay is a young Certified Public Accountant, junior instructor, extensionist, and researcher at Partido State University, the Philippines. He is the Advisor of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, the BSA Research & Development Coordinator, the BSA Extension Coordinator, the CBM Procurement Coordinator, and the CBM ISO Coordinator. In 2019, he finished the Teachers Certificate Program (TCP) and served as the CPALE Review Coordinator. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) at Ateneo de Naga University (ADNU) and a Master in Applied Economics (MAE) at De La Salle University (DLSU). His research paper titled The Analysis of Green Growth Indicators in Predicting the Economic Development of Southeast Asian Countries won the CHED-CODGE Best Paper Award.
