Dr. Juner Windel M. Valdez is dynamic and results-driven education leader with a strong foundation in English instruction and educational management. He is a Regional Education Program Supervisor of the Department of Education Region 1 under the Human Resource Development Division. Over two decades of experience in teaching in the Basic Education and Tertiary levels as well as Graduate Schools, academic leadership, instructional development, and quality assurance. Recognized for innovative leadership, strategic program development, and commitment to organizational excellence in both higher education and public education sectors. A graduate of Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management as Magna Cum Laude (Saint Louis University-Baguio), Master in Educational Management (Saint Louis College of La Union), Bachelor in Secondary Education in English (Saint Louis College of La Union) and a holder of Postgraduate Certificate in Management for Education Leaders (Asian Institute of Management)
