Learning preferences among learners are influenced by a multitude of factors that impact how individuals interact with and comprehend educational content and it’s influenced by their socio-cultural background, which encompasses the norms, values, and experiences that learners bring to the educational environment. Cognitive styles pertain to the cognitive processes and information processing methods employed by individuals, which can exhibit significant variation among learners. Explicitly, this study focused on the level of determinants and learning preferences of elementary learners. Utilizing the descriptive-correlational research design with the adopted and modified survey-questionnaire to determine the determinant in the areas of family, personal, physical and environment, teacher and leering and their relationship to the learning preferences in the context of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic of the learners dealing with their academic pursuit. Grounded with Learning Style Model Theory to grasp learners learning preferences in connection to the dominated factor among learners. Each learner revealed in a self-reported survey questionnaire that among five areas of determinant, the teacher exposed as the most cause and visual was the most learning preferred by the learners. Apparently, the determinants have significant relation to learning preferences. Additionally, family is the key setting where children observe and imitate behaviors, acquire communication skills, and participate in diverse activities. Family interactions like storytelling, collaborative work, and hands-on experiences might impact a child's preference for auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learning. Family support and encouragement in these areas boost a child's confidence and interest in certain learning methods, making family a major influence on learning preferences.
