It was participated by 114 secondary school teachers via total enumeration sampling. While most respondents agreed on the extent to which human, institutional, and learning variables affects the implementation of blended learning management, the results showed that teachers were only moderately equipped to teach blended learning in terms of internet connectivity, gadget availability, and instructional skills. The relationship between the profile in terms of sex and teachers’ level of readiness in blended learning modalities management is significantly related. Furthermore, there is also a significant relationship between the sex and educational attainment to the extent of factors affecting blended learning modalities management. Therefore, to improve teachers’ capacity for educational upgrading, they are encouraged to pursue postgraduate degrees. Additional financial support should also be given with the assistance of some private sector organizations and local government units to set up free WiFi hotspots and additional devices in public areas like plazas and barangay halls so that teachers and students can use other remote learning resources like online platforms, radio, and television instructions.
