This study was conducted to understand the insights, issues and concern of teachers on school- based feeding program. The narrative inquiry research was employed in this study. The participants of the study were the seven (7) teachers in one of the elementary school in the District of Batan and chosen using inclusion criteria. This study sought to provide information on the insights of the teachers on the school-based feeding program, issues and concern on the school-based feeding program, and the appropriate sustainability plan. The findings of this study have the potential to stimulate enrolment and retention of children and improve the academic outcomes and nutritional status of children beneficiaries. It shows that the institutionalization of structures for partner participation and capacity building enhance program effectiveness. Feeding program is found to be beneficial to the pupils, teachers, parents, stakeholders and the entire community.
