In today’s career world, competition is high especially in the local labor market. It is deemed important for schools to prepare future graduates in their chosen field. This paper aimed to assess the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration curriculum expected learning outcomes outlined from CMO 19 series of 2017 and the graduates work performance. Descriptive-correlation analysis, stratified sampling technique were used in this study. The researcher-constructed questionnaire with acceptable consistency is the primary tool utilized. Out of 80 survey questionnaires given, 60 were retrieved. The findings revealed the high observance of the employers in the skills acquired by the graduates of BSOA from year 2019 – 2021. Furthermore, the employers viewed the graduates to be highly proficient in their work performance. Additionally, there is a significant relationship between the skills acquired by the graduates of BSOA and work performance in terms of job -specific tasks while in non- job specific task only administrative and human relation management skills, business communication and ICT skills and record management skills were significantly related. It is recommended that the University empowers the future graduates more by implementing approaches to teachers, curriculum, facilities, and partnership.
