Dr. Januard D. Dagdag is a Mathematics teacher educator at Isabela State University – Roxas Campus, holding a PhD in Mathematics Education and membership in the National Research Council of the Philippines. He is recognized for strong research productivity and visibility. His scholarly work—published in Scopus- and ASEAN Citation Index–listed outlets and presented in local and international academic conferences—centers on mathematics education, outcomes-based education, quality assurance, curriculum evaluation, and scale development. Beyond research, he leads capacity-building initiatives such as Publishing Action and Basic Research for Learning Institution Scholarship (PABLIS) and Data Analytics for Basic Education Systems (DABES), advancing teacher competence in research writing, publication, and data analytics. He is also a consistent awardee in institutional research fora, earning multiple Best Paper distinctions across university-wide, cluster, and graduate-level symposia (2018–2025).
