Dr. Charli Sitinjak holds a PhD in Social Psychology and is currently a Lecturer at Universitas Esa Unggul, Indonesia. He has a strong academic background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, psychometrics, and theory development, with extensive experience in designing and managing empirical research in psychology and related interdisciplinary fields. In addition to his teaching role, he actively contributes to research development and academic supervision at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
