Dr. Joshua Urrete is a dedicated academic professional with a rich background in education and language. He currently serves as a Tenured Faculty member at the National University Mall of Asia Campus, where he holds the position of Associate Professor 1. In addition to his teaching role, Dr. Urrete is also an active researcher, contributing valuable insights in the field of education and Filipino studies. His expertise extends to being a Review Center Lecturer, where he imparts knowledge to students preparing for important exams. Dr. Urrete’s academic journey is marked by his degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Filipino, which laid the foundation for his passion for language and education. He further pursued a Master of Arts in Filipino and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, majoring in Filipino, reinforcing his academic and professional prowess. Throughout his career, Dr. Urrete has demonstrated a strong commitment to the development of both students and the educational system. His interests also include writing and translating, where he continues to contribute to the academic community. With a deep understanding of Filipino language and culture, coupled with his academic achievements, Dr. Urrete is dedicated to fostering educational growth and excellence.
