Professional Background
Dr. Marvin C. Lofranco is a licensed educator and academic leader with a strong commitment to advancing research and innovation in education. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education. He has presented scholarly papers at international research congresses in Turkey, Azerbaijan, and the United States, and has published in peer‑reviewed journals on diverse topics including child labor, financial literacy, teacher productivity, pandemic education, and instructional strategies. He has also served as a session speaker at the IN4OBE Global Summit and actively engages in seminars and workshops focused on education and research. He is an active member of several national and international professional organizations. He continues to contribute to the academic community through his research and leadership while serving as College Professor I and Senior High School Principal at the University of Mindanao- Panabo College.
He is a Licensed Professional Teacher since September 2017, with a strong record of engagement in professional and academic organizations. He was an active member of the Philippine Association for Teacher Education (PAFTE). He is also a newly associate member of the National Research Council of the Philippines. His affiliations highlight his dedication to advancing education, research, and professional development across disciplines.
