Justine S. Leomo is a student-researcher, leader, and campus journalist whose academic journey reflects consistent excellence, integrity, and intellectual rigor. He graduated as Valedictorian from Gordon Heights National High School in 2024, earning High Honors and demonstrating early aptitude in research and innovation. He continued his academic pursuits at Columban College, Inc. under the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) strand, where he was awarded With Highest Honors during Grade 11. During this time, he also served as President of the Columban College Science and Mathematics Federation (CCSMF). Currently a Grade 12 STEM student, maintaining Highest Honors, he continues to uphold his exceptional academic standing while serving as President of the Columban College Mathematics Association of Logical and Analytical Students (CC MATH-ALAS), actively engaging in research and scholarly initiatives.

He has participated in prestigious research conferences, including serving as a Paper Presenter at the 7th De La Salle University Senior High School Research Congress and receiving the Best Innovative Video Presentation award at the 4th Tuklasikhay Research Conference. With notable achievements such as being 1st Runner-up in the 5th International Research Competition, an awardee of the 5th International Luminary Award in Academic Leadership, and multiple recognitions from the 3rd International Student Research Congress.
