Dr. Suneel Kumar is working as a Lecturer and Head of HR Unit at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Shinas. Dr. Suneel Kumar has achieved his Ph.D. for his research work on motivating knowledge workers from an Indian university in the year 2012.
Dr. Suneel Kumar has received the best research manuscript award for his paper presented at an international conference organized at Regents University, London, Best Paper Award by the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Muscat, and Best Paper Presenter Award by the Northwestern University, Philippines. He has received the best teaching award by Invertis University, India, and the best employee award by the Al Nawa Management and HRD Consultant, Oman.
Dr. Suneel Kumar has been awarded research projects by The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation in the year 2020, and 2023.
